Welcome to your pregnancy yoga taster class – I hope you enjoy it! This is yours to keep and use for as long as you’d like.
Please make sure that the place where you’re practicing is safe and has no trip hazards, and that you listen in to your body throughout and take a rest if you need to. Always contact me if you have any questions about anything.
If you enjoyed this and you’d like to try more pregnancy yoga, I offer an online course with classes that you can take live or at any time to suit your schedule, or private classes in person (currently in the garden!) or on Zoom.
