Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga is an amazing way to keep your body and mind healthy in pregnancy and beyond. It’s a perfect bit of ‘me time’ before baby comes and will help you to become stronger and more relaxed.

When you sign up to any of my sessions I’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire so that I know about any injuries or issues you’ve faced and make class suitable for you.

Pregnancy yoga

In my classes I’ll help you connect to your body and your baby, learn breathing techniques which can help you during birth, and relax with guided meditations. The postures and exercises that you will learn will support you in pregnancy and beyond. My classes are evidence-based and include lots of modifications to support your body as it changes.

I’m happy to welcome you to class at any stage of your pregnancy, and work with all students to modify the practice as your bump grows‘ I’ll ask you to complete a really short questionnaire before you come along so I can make sure the class is suitable for everyone.

Practicing yoga really can transform your experience of pregnancy, birth and your postnatal recovery. You’ll leave classes feeling relaxed, strong and ready for life with your new baby!

One of the best things about pregnancy yoga is starting to form your new mum tribe. There are limited places in each class and there’s plenty of opportunity to get to know each other.
