Meditation practice – breath and body
This is one of my favourite meditations and one of the easiest to come back to as it uses things that are always available – the breath and the body. A good one if you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious, or just need a bit of headspace.
Loving kindness meditation
Here’s one of my favourites. It’s a simple, guided meditation which can help you to experience more connection with the world, feel more positive, and help you to feel grounded and relaxed.
Golden thread breath
Golden thread is a great breath to use to calm you down, and it’s also said to be pain-relieving. A great one to use in pregnancy or postnatally, or whenever you feel like you need to relax a little.
