This yoga nidra is a gift to you from me, to help you reconnect to a restful state.
Uma Dinsmore Tuli based this yoga nidra on a sixth century South Asian prayer, the Kavacam, or Armour of the Goddess. If you have been used to previous yoga nidra offerings from me, this is a really different practice: very rhythmic, poetic, and much shorter than my usual nidras.
It’s perfect if you have 15 minutes or so for a short refresh; in the words of the practice – to welcome you back to your rested self.
