Outdoor park sessions in Abington Park.
Come along and start your weekend right with a bit of outdoor yoga! Getting outdoors first thing has such great benefits for our wellbeing, and adding in some lovely nervous system calming yoga will hopefully send you into the day relaxed, calm and maybe even a little more energetic for whatever the weekend has in store for you.
Just a fiver to come along. Weekend days vary (check schedule)
