As a small business, I hope that you understand why I need to put these policies in place. I always try to be as flexible as possible and offer a range of different ways to pay for your classes, as well as discount codes to help make yoga more affordable.
- When you book a block of classes, if you’re unable to make any dates they are non refundable
- I don’t ordinarily give refunds if you need to cancel a class (because of the venue hire fees and other costs that I incur). However, if I receive at least 3 days notice and I can fill your space, I will happily refund your session. I may be able to offer a credit for another class or move your space to an alternative date, but because of costs this isn’t always possible.
- If you’re not able to make a particular class, it’s always appreciated if you can let me know in advance. I know life happens so this isn’t always feasible but if you are able to it means I won’t wait for you to arrive 😊
